Guide to Cloud Mail Menu Bar Icons

All Applications

Opens a menu with icons for launching apps.

Quick launch icons are the icons next to the All Applications icon. You can set the apps you want to display as quick launch icons in your menu bar.

Notifications

Notifies you of the number of new notifications (for example, new appointment invitations). If you click the icon, the notification area opens.

Refresh

Reloads objects from the server. Irrespective of this function, objects are refreshed at regular intervals.

Help

Opens a menu with more functions:

• Help - Opens a context-related help page. Depending on the current app, the respective help page from the online help will display.
• Keyboard shortcuts - Shows different keyboard shortcuts you can use for formatting mails, navigating webmail, and more.
• Give feedback – This allows you to provide feedback about our email service.
• Updates - Keeps you informed about the latest features and enhancements in Cloud Mail.
• Getting started – Gives you a quick introduction to webmail.
• Guided tour for this app – A more detailed tour of the app you currently use.
• Privacy Policy – This will take you to another page where you can review our Privacy Policy.
• About – Gives you information about the User Interface version.

Settings

Opens a menu with more functions. The functionalities will depend on the app you are currently using.

My Account

Your profile picture is used for this icon. When you click it, a menu with the following functions opens:

• Edit personal data – This allows you to edit your personal data. For more information, please see "How to Edit Your Personal Data in Cloud Mail".
• Password recovery – This will take you to a page where you can update your recovery email.
• Sign out – This will log you out of Cloud Mail.
