How to connect your Facebook account to the Social app

To manage your social activity more efficiently, you can connect your Facebook account to your Social app. This process allows you to access, monitor, and manage your Facebook page directly from one place. By following a few simple steps, you can log in, link to your Facebook account, adjust permissions, and complete the setup so your account becomes visible and ready to use within your Social app.

Here are a couple of ways to connect your Facebook account to your Social app.

  1. Click the Connect Facebook Account icon on the account manager homepage.

  2. Enter your Email or phone and Password to proceed.

    Important: If you have logged in to your Facebook account prior to connecting to the Social app, once you tap Connect, the Continue as your name will automatically be your option to proceed.
  3. Once you’re set, follow step 6 below to continue.

 

Connecting a Facebook account via the Social menu

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click Social from the left navigation menu.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select which of the domains from the list you want to manage, then click View Social to proceed.

  4. Navigate to Accounts, then select Facebook and tap Connect.

  5. If you have logged in to your Facebook account prior to connecting to the Social app, once you tap Connect, the Continue as your name will automatically be your option to proceed.

    Important: If you haven’t logged in to your account, after you click Connect, it will ask you to log in with your Email or phone and Password to proceed.
  6. Select your Page by ticking the checkbox on the right side, then tap Next.

    • Alternatively, if you don’t have a business page to connect to yet, setting up can be done within your Facebook account, or you can click the Create a Page button, and it will let you proceed with creating a business page in a separate window.

  7. Manage your Social app permissions by tapping the YES or NO switch controls, then click Done.

  8. Tap OK to finish the process.

  9. Once everything is set, your Facebook account will be available to view and manage to post within the Social app.
