How to Renew Your Domain

Need to renew your domain? No worries, we've got you covered! You can follow the step-by-step instructions through the domain renewal process, whether your domain is expiring soon or you're planning ahead.

Important: This article applies to Web.com customers who log in to their Account Manager through support.web.com. If you log in to https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login, please refer to Network Solutions Renewal Center Guide.

If your domain is not configured for automatic renewal, you can renew it by following the instructions that match your domain's expiration date:

Domains 60 Days or More from Expiration

  1. Log in to your Account Manager https://support.web.com/login.aspx.

    The Home page of your Account Manager appears.
     
  2. Click the Domains tile.

  3. In your Domains list, toggle on Auto-Renew to turn on automatic renewal.

By turning on automatic renewal, your domain will be renewed as long as your payment method is up-to-date!

 

Domains 60 Days or Less from Expiration

If your domain is 60 days or less from expiry, you need to contact our customer service team to renew your domain.
