How to manage Contact Forms in the Customers App

You can quickly log in to read submissions and send replies or mark specific items that need extra attention, so nothing slips through the cracks. The ability to filter and delete old messages ensures your inbox remains organized while you manage Contact Forms to maintain strong communication with your audience.

Accessing the Customers App in the Network Solutions account
- Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
- Click Customers from the left navigation menu.

- If you have multiple domains, select which of the domains from the list you want to manage, then click View Customers to proceed.

- Navigate to the Contact Form Inbox view and manage contact form submissions.

Managing Contact Forms in the Customers App

- Select a Contact Form from the list to view and display its details, as well as manage responses.

- View the Contact Form information, then click Reply.

- Clicking on Reply will open the system email client, and select which preferred mail account provider your response will be coming from.
- Any unread messages will appear in bold font in the left-hand column, making them easier to find.
- If the Contact Form information needs a thorough review, click the Flag icon to indicate that the item requires attention.

- From the Contact Form information lists, a yellow flag icon will appear to easily find it and return to it at any time.

- Tap Filters to find messages easily.

- Select to filter contact form information either by Flagged, by Form Name, or both, then click Apply Filter to show the items that you're significantly looking for.

- Click on the vertical ellipses, then select Delete to proceed.

- Tap Yes, Delete to confirm.

- Alternatively, if you want to delete multiple messages, click the checkbox at the top to select all items or manually choose the items that you want to remove from the list, then tap Delete afterward.

- Click Yes, Delete All to confirm and remove all selected messages.
