Downloading a backup site file

To download a backup site file, follow the steps outlined below.

1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
2. Click Security from the left navigation menu.
   
3. Go to Website Backups, then tap Manage for the website that you would like to request to restore a backup site file.
   
   
    
4. Tap Manage in the Manage Xcitium section to proceed.
   
   
    
5. Click Manage Backup to proceed.
   
   
    
6. In the File Backup Summary section, click View Backup History.
   
   
    
7. Check the backup Status to ensure it is Complete.
   
   
    
8. Select the backup Date you want to download, then go to Options to continue.
   
   
    
9. In the Restore Request field, downloading a backup includes:
   
   
    
   1. Download entire backup: Downloads the full backup. Tap Confirm to begin the process.
      
      
       
   2. Download selected files from backup: Manually select specific files and folders from a backup to download. After selecting this option, follow the steps below:
       
      • Choose the files and folders you want to download, then click Continue.
        
        
         
      • Confirm your selection and acknowledge that any existing files will be overwritten. Tap Download to complete the request. 
        
        
         
   3. Download database files: Downloads the entire database file. Tap Confirm to begin the process.
      
      
       
10. After the backup file has been completely downloaded, go to the Download column, then click List to check the downloaded file.
