Restoring the backup site files

To restore your backup site files, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click Security from the left navigation menu.

  3. Go to Website Backups, then tap Manage for the website that you would like to request to restore a backup site file.

  4. Tap Manage in the Manage Xcitium section to proceed.

  5. Click Manage Backup to proceed.

  6. In the File Backup Summary section, click View Backup History.

  7. Check the backup Status to ensure it is Complete.

  8. Select the backup Date you want to restore, then go to Options to continue.

  9. In the Restore Request field, restoring a backup site file includes:

    1. Auto restore all files: Automatically restore your website from a backup. After selecting this option, confirm your choice and acknowledge that existing files will be overwritten.

    2. Selective auto restore: Manually select specific files and folders from a backup to restore. After selecting this option, follow the steps below:
       
      • Choose the files and folders you want to restore, then click Continue.

      • Confirm your selection and acknowledge that any existing files will be overwritten. Tap Restore to complete the restore request.

    3. Auto restore database: Automatically restore your database from a backup. After selecting this option, confirm your choice and acknowledge that the existing database will be overwritten.

  10. After the backup file has been completely downloaded, go to the Restore column, then click List to check the downloaded file.
