You can use MessageGuard email security with your existing email address and any email provider that supports Outlook® or Outlook® Express.

When you're ready to send encrypted email, simply click the "Send Secure" button and your message is safely on its way. It's that simple. Recipients are not required to subscribe to MessageGuard to read your securely sent email.

MessageGuard is compatible with the following email services:

Network Solutions Email

  • Network Solutions Webmail purchased prior to February 27, 2009
  • All nsMail or nsMail Pro mailboxes can use MessageGuard if accessed through Outlook 2000, 2002(XP), 2003 or Outlook Express 6.0 – regardless of when purchased

Microsoft Outlook® or Outlook Express

Use of Outlook requires installation of a small plug-in. System requirements:

Software:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002(XP) or 2003
  • Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0

Operating System:
Microsoft Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 4 (SP 4), Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), or later versions of operating systems or service packs from Microsoft

MessageGuard email security is not currently compatible with mobile devices.
