It’s easy to get an email address. The first step is choosing your domain name. Once you’ve registered your domain you can use it as your email address with any of our email products. After purchasing the email solution that’s best for you, set up your email boxes using your domain. Simple instructions to help set up your email are available in your Account Manager. No. Domain names are not included as part of our email packages. You may easily purchase and register one through Network Solutions or use one you already have to activate and personalize your email boxes.
No. Having your domain registered with Network Solutions is not required. If you plan to use a domain that is not registered with Network Solutions, simply enter the domain name when you are prompted to do so during the business email setup. You will then be given specific DNS information which you can input into your domain provider’s DNS settings. However, if you do have a domain name with Network Solutions, it’s even easier. All you have to simply select the domain name from the list that will be presented to you.
Yes. You can access your full suite of product features including your calendar and other collaboration tools through mobile webmail access. You will have the benefit of shared calendars, contacts, documents, and tasks to help improve the effectiveness of your business communications. This sharing feature is available to any team members set up on the same domain name.

Safe Unsubscribe: allows you to unsubscribe from any newsletter or commercial email in one click, without having to endlessly scroll to the bottom of the email to find the unsubscribe link.
Click-time Anti-Phishing: defeats time-bombed URLs by examining the URL at the exact time-of-click. It can catch dynamic links and “sleeper” malware and phishing pages. Once you click on a link in a message, the webpage is opened in a secure environment (proxy) to further verify its safety. This way, if the link is redirecting to malware, we will block it before it has a chance to infect your device.
Lazy Expunge: The lazy expunge plugin provides a “second-chance” to recover messages that would otherwise be deleted from a mailbox by user action within 14 days of deletion.
